Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026. Controller: OverrimFlow (“we”, “us”) — contact: [email protected].
This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use overrimflow.digital and related services. It is written for UK users and reflects the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
We may collect: name, email address, phone number, marketing preferences, technical data (browser, device, approximate location via IP), usage analytics (if you accept non-essential cookies), and correspondence you send us.
2. How we use data
We process data to: provide the service and waitlist, respond to enquiries, improve the product, comply with law, and — where permitted — send relevant product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on consent, contract, legitimate interests (for example secure operations and product improvement), or legal obligation.
4. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law.
5. International transfers
If we use processors outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or adequacy regulations.
6. Your rights
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact us first so we can help.
7. Children
Our service is aimed at adults. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Demo chat
The marketing-site demo chat uses your browser session to display messages. We design the full product to minimise unnecessary retention; details will be described in-product as features roll out.
