1. The service
OverrimFlow provides educational tools and content about general investing concepts. Features may change; we may add or remove functionality as the product evolves.
2. Not advice
Nothing on the site or in the tutor is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions and should seek regulated professionals where needed.
3. Risk
Markets involve risk. You may lose money. Past explanations and examples do not guarantee future performance. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Accounts and eligibility
Where accounts are offered, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, harassment, attempts to break security, reverse engineering where prohibited, or use that could harm others or our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
We own or license the content, branding, and software. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service as offered.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for claims arising in a year is limited to amounts you paid us in that year for paid services, or GBP 100 for free use where no fees apply, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be indicated on the site or by email where appropriate.
